Based on K. Chukovsky’s fairy tales

Everybody knows children’s poems written by wonderful author Korney Chukovsky. This performance is based on his two fairy tales – “Aybolit” and “Barmaley”.

All little children get sick quite frequently. And our little hero got sick as well. He asks his little toy-hippo Hippo-po to find the Doctor Aybolit… Will the Doctor Aybolit be able to reach Africa, there the hippo Hippo-po and other sick animals are waiting for him? And how the bad robber Barmaley could become kind in the end?

We are waiting for all little heroes to help Doctor Aybolit to save helpless animals and to cure sick cabs and children.

Different techniques of the puppet theatre are used in this performance: glove-puppets, parquet-puppets, shadow play and many more.
